After reading some of the responses....
....I reinvestigated the options of my winder and have now set the barrels to wind 33 turns CwWand then 33 turns ACW ....It will be interesting to see if the watches wind down. I have also sactivated one of my cronos to see what the extra load does as in...will the winder keep the watch wound with the extra load.
I agree with Bill 100% that the companies could do a lot more to provide a recomended winding revolution rate per hour.

Bill, Thanks for the response... Yes I heard about the clutch, that does not let overwinding to happen... But does not that means that this poor cluch takes action almost continuously???... The problem with winders is that the only literature one can get ...
