This is a truly historical watch

Given today’s realities, the museum will need to raise money.
Best outcome for everyone may be that they land up on a private Israeli citizen’s collection, to be cherished and left to the museum at some time in the future for tax credits.
In the meantime, this could be the last time we get to see these treasures for a while. Thank you for taking the time to post these photographs. This is a truly special watch.

There's definitely a healthy amount of wealthy people in the region. It would be a sound investment to make a donation to such an important museum, one of the most important museums in Israel!
It seems that the museum is no longer planning to sell the items...

Hopefully a wealthy patron will make a donation to the museum. There are many wealthy Israelis and wealthy individuals in the region. Perhaps one of them will step up to the plate and make a sizable donation so the museum can operate for the coming years....

I was once in Delhi and I visited the Indian National Museum. It was a very saddening experience. Firstly, the patrons, local Indians were almost all poorly behaved, the adults were touching artifacts, the children were screaming, running, and touching ar...
An overwhelming and generous response.

There are few opportunities for enthusiasts to encounter such watches. I've been fortunate to have been in the right city to fulfil a horological dream.
