My 5015 family. Hard to pick a favourite as they are impeccable

As mentioned by a few esteemed members, a king in the sports’ world of watches. ...

That said I think each one has something special…

Fully agree

The classic is the vintagey and sensuous one. The blue is as versatile as a watch can be. The AL is the utilitarian one. All the best

Indeed they all share the 1315 caliber

It is a workhorse in terms of reliability, but fully in-house and with venerable horological credentials, in terms of architecture, performance, finishing, materials, etc. A true gem.

It has something that is hard to explain

It is the most sensuous one, as well as vintagey, thanks to its polished curves

A perfect trifecta

Thanks my friend

Truly great watches!

I always lived the Fifty Fathoms, even though I don’t own one. The third would be my personal favorite.

The classic 😊

No, as I have noticed that the 5015 speaks to me as a better watch for a number of reasons:

 By: agyzace : July 29th, 2021-08:16
- nicer bezel - much superior, true in-house movement - nicer case and crown guard - nicer hands Even if 40,5 is really perfect, I have the feeling the perfect FF would be the 5015 design made at 42mm. The way the case and lugs are shaped (wears much much...

It is the 70th anniversary

I would suspect a new version of the 5015, although not sure of course. Just speculating

😊

Let us know if you find out anything 😊

Good question!!!!

 By: amanico : July 30th, 2021-04:31

Would be perfect indeed

And if we think they launched the no date version of the movement with the Mokarran...one can see where this can go. Would be a dream

Sure Bathy case, 42mm, and 5015 bezel it becomes the FF of old

I would be over the moon with the current 5015 design in 42 as well. Let’s see

You have three phenomenal kings here, for sure!

A FF with a black dial, perhaps in Titan, is definitely on my wishlist. It might be the Aqua Lung (many congrats for this beauty!!) or the Grande Date or… ? All the best Thomas

Thank you!

I tried today the 5015’s in black and blue titanium, also the Grande Date. I have to say they all look great, as the titanium contrasts the bezel in a great manner. All the best, Alex

I have desired the Grand Date for a while now...

I think the placement of the date at 6pm is very harmonious.

It really looks very clean

 By: agyzace : July 30th, 2021-16:54
It is a special and rare version for sure

Perfectly stated!

I like to call the 5015’s the Bugattis of divers. If one considers it was 2007 this movement and bezel was launched...

True! 😄

Agreed 👍
