Regarding size, its lug to lug is as much as my Milgauss which is a 40mm diameter. That means it is very wearable, which I can testify. I normally exclude anything beyond 40mm, but have three 5015 FF’s, as their wearability was never an issue. Plus the la... 

It is 45mm, but lug to lug is close to 49

Which is the same as the Milgauss for example. This is thanks to the design of the lugs and of the case which even has an inwards slope where it meets the bracelet (completely invisible/hidden unless you remove the bracelet) in order to ensure this short ... 

Yes, wearability regarding size has numerous aspects or components. Not just case diameter. Thickness and lug reach also matter. Its just that I've bought some expensive
