Maybe they changed it slightly after a certain year. It's not uncommon for brands to do this, for example the P.3001 movement on my PAM422 has been updated to look different cosmetically about 2 years after I got mine. ...  

Thanks for your reply! What’s your serial number on your watch? Is it <2000 or >2000, because I have this theory maybe the older production watches got the blancpain logo stamped and newer production watches are hand engraved, my blue one is 15xx and blac...

... and to me it looks like it is okay and the difference is due to the lighting and the angle. There’s no other way for you to take a loupe and check especially the gap between the B and L in Blancpain, which looks a bit different in your photos initiall... 

If you look closer you’ll notice spacing and font are a bit different, here’s the comparison ...

Both are real, here’s the reply from them; “ Dear Tony, I checked again with the Head of production on the engraving. They changed the police for engraving when they were harmonizing the production process. The drilling tool has been a bit modified which ... 

I was merely joking when I replied with potential fake. Apologies for that. As you can see at the picture my rotor looks slightly different as well
