The thickness would stop me but the dial and movement are top notch especially considering what year this was released, and a platinum case to boot. Sometimes the tourbillon on the front is nice and interesting, other times it just ends up looking similar...

Blancpain was my first serious watch brand and in the early 90s and my entire collection comprised three less complicated Blancpains so the 1735 was obviously 'the dream'.
