Vintage Blancpain Crown information request

To all vintage Blancpain dive model experts -

I have been searching for information regarding the original crown specifications for the following vintage Blancpain dive models:

1)  Early gilt Milspec  - Is it approx 5.30mm or 5.60mm?
2)  TR-900 - Is it approx 5.30mm?
3)  Aqua Lung 1000 feet - Is it approx 5.90mm?
4)  Civilian Milspec - Is it approx 5.90mm?
5)  LIP - Is it approx 5.30mm or 5.60mm

I have seen beautiful vintage blancpain watches with the smaller crowns with the domed top and some the larger crowns.  Which models came with the smaller crowns (early Milspec, LIP and TR-900???)  Which models came with the larger crowns (1000 feet and Civilian Milspec???).

Are the vintage Blancpain dive models with larger crowns service replacement crowns?  Did Blancpain ship them with larger crowns?

You advice is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Frank

Brian - Thanks for the additional information. It also appears that the tube size is 2.5 mm and the domed crown needs to be quite high to accommodate a fairly long tube. Thanks again. Frank
