..that while very beautiful an tempting, this piece should have everything in order to be the ultimate AC. As for your questions, I do believe that parts need to be changed and repaired and I believe in fully maintained and reliable examples as true piece...

Air Command is rare , documents are scarce, it is difficult to make a solid statement on this, that said: -Stop second has been seen on one example, not every one. If I wrote it I might have been mistaken at the time I wrote the post on the Air Command so...

I had the chance to handel/test four different Air Commands over the years and they ALL had the stop second mechanism and all movements had the same engravings. I have never heard of any Air Command with the right engravings not having the stop second fea...

of the Air Command in the recently published book "Chronographs for collectors" by Joël Pynson and Sébastien Chaulmontet. The book also addresses the issue of reassembled pieces and names the criterias to determine a real Air Command. The book exists both...
