There was an unnamed guy dubbed ‘Hon Man’ who added ‘Hon’ to the end of the ‘Welcome to Baltimore’ sign on the highway into town from the airport. Evidently he did it for something like a decade, adding ‘Hon’ back on every time the authorities removed it....
