This is clearly very subjective, but I am not sure about this strap on that watch...feels more like a racing strap then a diving strap maybe? [nt]
However the important thing is how this combo makes you feel when you wear it!
It's cool and funky in a good way, in my opinion, and I like it for that, being different that is.
Maybe not for all occasions, but maybe for times you want a funky strap, I believe we can all use a little diversity at times. Otherwise, I guess we would all being wearing Subs LOL
