first time the face of smart watch is attractive to me. Best, mahesh.,

I am not drawn to smart watches, but this one is appealing.

Never interested in a smart watch until I saw this one. Esp, it has the 1858 Tachy dial too.

If you look at the main thread there is only one thing The watch does not do - leave people cold There are those who like it (a lot) and those who feel exactly the opposite (also a lot). Let\'s see what the final success turns out to be...

I can see it go both extreme ways esp 1858 Tachy is used again after bronze is also introduced.

Do not mind Montblanc having affordable watches in their collection neither having a smartwatch But wanting to compete with their Villeret branch with the likes of Patek, Lange, VC - can only be done when seperating both type of markets If they call all w... 

I would stand fully behind your recommendation. Being part of the Richemont Group, which also includes a VC and an ALS the question of whether another separate brand is necessary would need to be answered. There I have simply too little internal knowledge... 

.... you buy an expensive good looking watch and in 5 years the smart functions are technically 200 years old... Better to buy a new rolex for you and the next generation and a new smartwatch every two years.

So not only of this one. But we still get mobiles and computers every couple of years in spite of the same dynamics...

You buy a luxury mechanical watch with additive digital functions which you can only use a short time. We have two arms. The left is for the mechanical watch and the right is good for the smartwatch...;-)

And why it\'s usually outsiders that do it better than incumbents. No past to defend, etc.
