This one has been my dream car for a long time ...
... but the price was so way out of reach .... i dreamt of a green one ... .
Actually i still think it's a fabulous looking car, not the regular Audi Coupé but the S2 with the nice underskirts and the beautiful wheels ... .
One day we booked a testdrive with the Audi 80 Avant RS2 - the 315 hp version build by Porsche .. but unfortunately someone crashed it the day before we could have a go ... so the VAG importer gave us the regular S2 .... Avant version (as the RS2 was also an Avant version) ... .
I remember it was a pretty fast car for those days but the gearbox (manual) was horribly slow ... not that i would mind driving an S2 Coupé these days

The gearbox was one of the flaws, at that time.
And it was a 5, to a 6 gears... Still, I didn't forget it. I did a search on the net, wow, the prices are still high! All the best, my friend. Nicolas
