The unfortunate aspect to this situation is...
You know, when an organizaion fails and is inconsistent like this - such graciousness at the very top, and drops precipitously from there, the feeling I'm left with is sadness and frustration.
At best, the organization is not communicating it's corporate culture well and implementing poorly.
At worst, it makes the nice gesture ring hoillow and borders on the cynical.
Am I glad Dr. Bez did this? Of course, and I hope I never find out he was just handed a thick stack of pre-printed mail merged letters and signed while muttering under his breath what a chore it was; I don't believe this to be the case as I've chatted with Dr. Bez and he is funny and quite cordial.
But when those working below him are so standoffish, callous, and unresponsive (or worse) it's almost as if...

I unfortunately have to save my pennies. So a full ownership review is going to have to wait. And I'm not a serious prospect of the car at all. I was invited to test drive the car, and I did drive the Vanquish, but I realized that it wasn't the car for me...
