Nothing else looks like an AM.

It does have a different look than cars here in Germany. But not too “out there” and certainly enjoy the elegance. Cheers Peter

They make the best looking cars imo. I had the Rapide before but had to let go due to dealerships are too far away so very inconvenient. Congrats!

This and the Porsche have kept many of the design cues over their history - which I love in watches as well as with cars. I have been really lucky that the AM dealer is nearby and oddly on the way to McDonalds, which I visit whenever my kids want a treat.... 

if you don't intend to drive everyday...for some reason their battery don't hold charge well. Maybe this newer DB11 will be better. I hold they ditch the old school flip up Garmin GPS

And definitely comments will come. Oddly enough I bought this car without a test drive and a bit of a whim, but experience has been incredible and the car is much more easy to drive than other sports cars I’ve had a chance to drive. Appreciate it, Peter ...

Quarantines around the world, toilet paper shortages, and working virtually from home. What interesting times we live in... In any case, I'm hoping this car will be a good escape from the challenges - and one day to do a tour across Europe. In the meantim... 

Just not easy choices between the Porsche and the AM. Funny enough, I considered getting the Porsche a while ago once moving to Germany, but didn't do so because of a fear my wife wouldn't be happy with the car. Now she's thrilled and is looking at her ca...

Gasoline will probably be cut in half by next month!!!

And maybe the roads will be less occupied as well. Maybe another good opportunity to drive the car fearlessly and make it a daily driver instead of just weekend car. Cheers, Peter

I had a 2010 Vantage S for three years... loved it. Maintenance can be pricey....

I did get the extended service and maintenance and warranty package to hopefully limit some costs, but am expecting certainly some events. I guess after dealing with watch servicing over many years I am getting used to it! Cheers Peter

I noticed that in Germany of the ability to get “vanity” license plates - where you can choose some of the characters. No surprise, I did take advantage of this (much to the behest of the dealer) and so there may be some Bond themes underneath Cheers, Pet...

A friend owned one for a number of years, a really understated car with a fantastically appealing design. Never in your face. Which is what I love about it.

A friend of mine has got one and I told him to sell his other three 911 and to keep only the Touring 😀.

Admittedly I wish my children are old enough to go to university so I can look at 2 seaters Definitely one of the reasons I stuck with the AM’s 2 2 format, albeit not a really spacious back seat. One day soon! Cheers , Peter

Porsche is (not surprisingly) a popular brand and one frequently sees many of the LE models, and certainly more than a fair share of Targas. I definitely see how nice it would be to be part of the “club” and I imagine resale and maintenance as such would ...

And The Metherlands is just like Germany. Out here in Dubai though it’s two brands only Porsche and Mercedes. I used to drive a Panamera but switched to Mercedes. We’ve now got 3 of them S Class GLE SL The SL is a vintage one from 76
