Steampunk for PuristS

In addition to vehicles, the Steampunk exhibit included lots of small items, like clocks.
This artist, Jeffrey Steorts, had plenty of pieces that appealed to me
Whimsical but operational as well (most are quartz since winding a mechanical movement is impossible during an exhibit of this type)
Here's a clock/picture frame
Plenty of sci-fi elements were present as well.
There were lots of cool little toys. This is not a show designed to sell, but to present collections of interesting items.
Rat Rod Steampunk Push Toy
Plumb bob sprinkler handle pocket knife ray guy
They didn't forget the ladies either
Architectural concepts for the Steampunk bedroom
We mustn't overlook the need for a time machine in the study
So you can avoid aging or relive any important events
If the Time Machine doesn't work out, the Steampunk mobility scooter provides the Victorian lady with a way to get around comfortably
We hope you enjoyed this little diversion into the 19th Century. If you want to see more, come to the exhibit or ComicCon, which is including this in their program this year.
