I swear I drove into this plaza during the time when I used to fly to Orange County every week for work.

When you've seen one So Cal plaza . . .

. . . you've seen 'em all! This one's in Ventura County, though . . .

Perhaps only second to Jon Voight’s Lebaron?

Lol! Sorry, Art, I could not resist the Seinfeld reference! Beautiful Mustang Mr Dean enjoys! Thank you for sharing, Art! Fuerte abrazo, Alex

I was "assigned" to be his driver when he came into town for a friend's wedding. He was a nice guy. PS - that's not me on the left, it's another guy who wanted a photo of himself taken with Mr Voight ...

Excellent! [nt]

Best of all, it's not a garage queen. James Dean apparently drives his 'stang . . .

. . . regularly. It's got a few dings and bruises, but he doesn't obsess over them. A true vintage guy, thru and thru!

Just looking at it makes me want to take it for a drive 👍...

65 was fairly early in the production.

James isn't sure if it's the original engine. There were visible modifications . . .

. . . with an Edelbrock dual-plane manifold mounting a Holley four-barrel carb. But even if it's a 302 Windsor instead of a 289, it's as close to original as you can get. Art
