We got a call in the midst of our Saturday shopping that a "men's day out" was going on nearby. Presumably all the womenfolk were supposed to be shopping and car-loving men left home to fend for themselves?
A local hot rodder invited basically everyone with an interest in old cars to stop by his place. So we did.
Corvair Rampside (I had one for 10 years)
This one features an original Chrysler Hemi motor.
In my next post we will look at the engines on display.

Not built by Pete but invited to display, this one claimed 1000 ft lbs of torque at 0 mph. Tires were about 15 inches wide and he says they will spin at any speed... And here's a rod with a front trunk. Pete decided that a rear mid-engine rod would bolste...

Model A 1927-1931 Model B 1932-1934 But the classic style of the 1932 only that year with 1933-34 having some revisions.
