With the 991 GT3 not offering a manual transmission, I really think the 997 GT3 variants are the last of the old school 911s....
I'm also sure this is why the GT3RS 3.8 and 4.0 prices have been steadily climbing in the past 18 months!

Wow, fantastic to see the MP4-12C and the GT3RS. Is the Porsche spec'd with the plexiglass rear window for weight savings or that only on overseas versions? Wish I could have joined you guys. Regards, ED-209
US 997.2 GT3RS did not come with plexiglass windows, that was ROTW only
