From 1993, so almost 30 years old! At that time, it was something. Funny to drive, quite fast, it was, yes, a very good GTI à la Française. Now, the body looks outdated, but it still has its charm. The combination of gold wheels with the blue body was eye...

I got goose bumps when i saw this and had a big smile on my face. My brother owned this car and sold it to me when i did my driver license. It was a SWISS CHAMPION edition of the Clio Williams, meaning even more rare. This car was so much fun to drive, so...

Well maybe second place after the Integrale, but this was completely out of my reach. The Clio was ruling the streets back then… sweet!

Uno Turbo, Y10 turbo, 205 GTI, both 1.6 and 1.9 litres, Clio 16v, Golf GTI (now my daughter's) amd... Submariners, of course!

… my favourite from around that time was the Renault Espace people carrier fitted with the Williams Renault F1 engine. You could drive at nearly 200mph with 5 friends! Picture courtesy of the internet. ...

I don’t think we got this version of the Clio here in the US.

I think it still looks cool, but then again I was graduating college when this came out so my taste might just be commensurate with my age 🤷🏼‍♂️. I’d drive that today!

This car is considered the best hot hatch of all time !

I never had the chance to try it out or never have been in the passenger seat. I did try the Clio Rsi which was a bit lighter but had less power, 110 hp i think, out of a 1.8 litre engine, Anyway, the sucessors to the Williams weren’t particularly bad eit...

Haha !!!

Not with the Clio ... at least not the first 160.000 km ... with the Beemer I knew after 1000 km I was going to end up somewhere I wasn't supposed to end up. Eventually it took over 80.000 km ...

Hehehe... I told you!
