I love the Bentley Brooklands!
My wife and I lived on St Georges Hill for a year, which overlooks the Brooklands track. And being as swanky a neighborhood as you'll find anywhere in the world, was swarming with fine cars.
Before
Brooklands became a model designation, of course it was the f
irst purpose-built motor racing track in the world, in Weybridge, England.
Now the majority of the track's former expansive grounds are occupied by Mercedes-Benz, and a large business park. But when we arrived in the waning days of the 1980's, one could still drive on this wretched section of the original banking. Here's a photo of my car club getting briefed on safely negotiating the banking with a Citroen 2CV's meagre 33 hp.

This is the hill climb test section - frightening to drive up as you can't really see when you are coming up over the top... (or if you will make it)
The shopping section of the park includes a Marks & Spencer where we were always sure to see interesting motors:

The industrial area included garages and warehouses which constructed interesting things too:

Thanks for reminding me.

PS - the only Bentley I've actually driven
