their US local operations don't carry through on the idea very well.
I've had a number of occasions to contact them directly - by phone, by email - my experience has been consistently less than satisfactory, to the point that I have lost most interest in the cars. (too bad, I think they are one of the most beautifully elegant designs out there)
They are pretty bad when it comes to being warm and courteous...how they handle appointments at their Pebble Beach lodge; the warm and fuzzy when one on one contact is appropriate or necessary.
I find many car (and watch) companies have a gross disconnect between what they TRY to convey and achieve, in terms of feel good, and what they actually realize.
At best they fall over themselves even with good intentions and plans (the plans go awry) and at worst their front line people, even at manager level, just simply don't give a ...
Too bad...
