Hi small luxury world,

In my own businesses and when I taught management philosophy as well as when I consult, I repeat almost like a mantra - think systemically, try to institutionalize the corporate philosophy.

alas, easier said than done...and we both know how hard that is, in an organization we both know very very well...

The automotive industry is decades ahead of the high horology industry when it comes to CRM, lead generation and lead management / development / qualifying. Remember when watch brands set up websites and posted email addresses but didnt assign anyone to check those email accounts?
