I actually test drove the Maserati Ghibli S Q4 yesterday

In terms of performance, it was just so so for me sad  I was hoping for a more entertaining ride but the acceleration seemed a bit odd for me.  Slow at first but then the engine growls at an awkward time IMO.  I felt the engine roar didn't match the timing of the gear shift which left me puzzled.  The sound of the Ferrari engine is the selling point for me for the Ghibli.  I also had the same experience when I test drove the Maserati Quattraporte S Q4, which also uses the same exact engine, right afterwards too.  I didn't test drive the more expensive V8 version of the Quattraporte, so I don't know if it's the same thing for the V8.  I hope not!

Turning radius of the Ghibli is amazing good too.

For the back seat, it's a very tight fit IMO.  If an adult sits in the back, I feel it's slightly tighter than sitting in a BMW 5-Series.  The middle rear seat is really narrow so I would consider this car a 4+1 IMO just like the BMW M5 Gran Coupe.

Cheers,
Anthony
