For those not familiar with British roads “Cat’s Eyes” refers to the reflective studs down the middle of the road or for lane separation.

It's the Kahekili highway on Maui.
About 20 miles of blind turns, sheer drops, 2 way traffic on one lane of road and other perils. Driving that road is more adventure than sport. Great views.
