so my recent surgery was the perfect excuse to change to a taller car 😅 have always wanted the M5, but i guess this is a good alternative the car is almost 8 years old and given the distorted car market here due to the tax structure, I'll most likely driv...

Have always like he shape of this one...

...must be fun to drive : )

it's a shape that you either love it or hate it 😅

i chose this simply because it's different from the boxy X5. drive wise, i love the power available at the throttle. the taller stance needs some getting used to during cornering, but once the confidence is there, it's most enjoyable

merci mon ami

I love the X6, it’s a beautiful beast.

I had the X4 and really missed that too…but only after I’d traded it in. Pity 😔

Regrettably I went to a 4 series sedan.

It’s done well by me and has been more economical, but I miss the X4.

Yes. I shouldn’t be unappreciative as I sounded before since it has been good to me.

But I did miss the X4 since it was the first suv (without being too big/bulky) that I was accepting of while being enjoyably sporty. Plus I got accustomed to the bit of height it provided on the road, especially during snow storms.

Singapore can feel tough but these 'incentives' do make sense to keep control of the general car pool

I had the pleasure of being the passenger of a Ferrari 328 GTS some years back in Singapore with a fun owner

pollution, overcrowding etc.

everything that is left unchecked in other countries

wow, I had no idea.

 By: ArmisT : March 17th, 2023-15:59
On one level that’s impressive, I guess…but on another level that’s very frustrating, especially since not accustomed to that type of regulation. But that’s why so much pollution and problems in many other countries.

or rather disincentives... but i think we should be controlling usage instead if the objective is to manage traffic congestion

given the high price of buying a car, most owners will want to use their cars more to lower their average purchase cost. while we have road pricing to manage traffic, it doesn't seem very effective

Congratulations, good to see you enjoying this one …

The government is very bad. They put ridicules taxes on cars and ownership. The whole market went nuts. Petrol is fluid gold. Tax on tax on tax. Nice X6. It is almost the same age as my Honda. ...

ah... Hondas are very reliable cars 👍
