Are there any motorhome enthusiasts here?

I've always wanted to have one but my surplus of smaller vehicles has prevented me from indulging. However I did "host" my friend Steve's bus for awhile

Fun til the darn thing started blowing tires on Interstate 5 in the middle of Camp Pendleton Marine Base. We did change the first one ourselves though.

When the second tire blew in RIverside we had no spare left, so we called the Tire Wizard (Lizard)

Now I watch the RV shows on YouTube and enjoy them vicariously.

YouTube reviews, and even then rather sporadically so.... When I see one on the road, I do attempt to decipher what the interior configuration might be like....

The roof terrace is an interesting touch πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

And something you hardly ever see in Europe. I have only driven one (based on an off road truck chassis) and that was fun, as it was really off road capable. Somehow we as a family have not yet tried the experience but maybe one day πŸ˜ŠπŸ€”

In most of Europe, motorhomes of this size are out of place

Even the majority of campgrounds denies offering spaces for vehicles that huge and heavy. And additionally, in most countries an equivalent of the free-to-stay Walmart parkings do not exist. Marcus
