The only thing I don‘t like (at all) are the false miss-ignition noises… 🤷🏼‍♂️

And I would like to have at least the same lugage space as in my Smart Roadster Coupé… 🤩😉

Alpine A 110 Légende: My third stage of improvements.

Compared to the two former stages, this third is maybe the one which took me a lot of time in thoughts, research and work. The car as I took delivery of it, in November 2020 : Indeed, while the first stage was the most evident, as it focused on the weight...

although with respect to the power to weight ratio you could have purchased a 4C in order to avoid all that effort ;-) but that is part of the fun I guess. Hope we drive one day together!

The modifications are outstanding. I love the new sound. The car is so light, it must be a hoot to drive! I have much enjoyed these upgrade posts. Look forward to the final 20%!

A smile machine, my friend. Well, these improvements were made in January / February. I had another series of improvements in July. I will post later, but let's say I am between 5 to 10%, now. ;)

I removed the resonator which is a hose which makes the junction between the engine compartment and the interior. It is much better, but that change is part of my Stage 4. ;)

I kept the original rims. But I may change those I have on my Alpine currently for some lighter ones... 5 kilos lighter than those black ones which are already 7 kilos lighter than those you like.

What is the starting weight of the car before all modifications and what's your expected ending weight?

7, 5 Kilos for the brakes. 12 kilos for the rims. The starting weight is 1128 Kilos ( 1123 + 5 kilos with some extra options ). I will end somewhere around 1075 / 1080 Kilos.
