The fist time I saw a Subaru BRZ, it was on a highway, in L.A some 8 years ago. I wondered what was this car, and paid some interest on it. Back in France, I started to do some researches about it, and found that it was a BRZ. And that Toyota had a clone ...  

Bang for your buck, sports car. But i think the Toyota 86 is slightly cheaper. But both winners. Geross.

Unfortunately, or luckily perhaps, you can get them both only second hand in Europe! Subaru seems to have dropped completely coupé models and the GR Supra now replaces the GR 86.

while the 2nd gen Subaru BRZ is about to be introduced in the U.S. this fall (and will not be sold in Europe). Cheers Marc

I see one now and then but they really seem to have been slow sellers. Disappointing, because this is *such* a charming car. It might be that there's just a lot of market room for a small, sporty, handling-over-speed rwd these days... and that the Miata a...

but with a bit more displacement 2.4 liter versus 2.0 liter. I really love the Boxer engine arrangement, fair less noise and vibration.

The 2 litre, new ones now are 2.4 litres. Very very fun car with great handling and enough power to have fun. What struck me was the lack of power compared to my also 2 litre NA Clio, which is a real beast compared to the gt86 enginewise. I wonder what th... 

This will be a great car i think.

Will be interesting to see if the uprated engines in the latest iteration solves this problem.
