...all from what I understand in a genuine and classy way. Thanks to your wife and yourself who promptly reported this incident, and then to MichaelC, we can be positive no future AP/WoS customer will experience what your wife did ;-) I'm sincerely glad for the great ending to this story!

My personal journey with AP so far has been a pleasant one... admittedly, my engagements have been limited to AP-owned boutiques, I find the staffs transparent, diligent and going the extra mile to leave a good purchasing or servicing experience.
