Some update

 

Not very pleasant news.
Since its been more than a month since i handed my watch in.
Just emailed the Singapore SC and their response was fast. Called me back within 15mins.

They sounded surprised as they instructed the Malaysia boutique to contact me in the first week of May!
No call not even email from anyone.

As it turns out, the watch needs to go back to Swiss HQ because of its "age" and also they don't stock the parts in Singapore.

So all this while the service center has been waiting for my green light to ship the watch over.

No way of giving me any indicative pricing on service.

Anyone has any idea how much it would cost lets say for a "routine" service at this point?

Really disappointed at the local boutique for the lack of customer service.
