Agree probably a darker dial would fit better, but I’m also curious whether it’s possible with AP, that would be interesting. (E.g. with Patek normally you wouldn’t be able to do it.) [nt]

I'm not sure what your motivation is, but I considered the light dial before buying my 15400 and found that it wasn't that legible under certain lighting conditions. I went with the black dial and have no regrets. Beautiful watch regardless of the dial co...

I love AP's silver dials. I would buy another dark dialed watch instead of changing the dial. The change has a cost and I would end up missing the silver one.

Thanks . I have ordered the new 15500st 41mm in black and waiting for it and have paid 50 percent deposit and expected Dlvy is in Sept . Iam missing blue dial in 41mm hence was looking for it :) [nt]

For a blue dial, may I suggest the 15202? Is not 41, but is very special.

I do have the 15202 st which I got in 2013
