My new old icon - The Offshore Rubberclad

I have been on a long journey to finally decide on my offshore.

There where many contestants. The near perfect AP diver, the stealth bumblebee, the amazing RB2, and the amazing material mix Jarno Trulli.

But in the end I had to get the Rubberclad with the beautiful silver subregisters and that matte black bezel is just something only AP has done.

In my opinion the Rubberclad is an offshore icon because of the rubber bezel what do you think?

Rubberclad is a severly underrated watch in the Offshore collection. It is everything the Royal Oak is not; a call to adventure. I have always wanted one and now more than ever! Congratulations on the time piece!

My first AP many moons ago was a silver rubberclad.
