If I understand correctly the auction is for 3 'experiences' with AP brand ambassadors + piece unique of a watch. Do people really expect an unveiling of a full collection?
In the end AP will do what AP does, it looks like the CEO idea is to bring it in line with a lifestyle brand such as Hublot. It's interesting that both AP and Patek are independent and yet it's AP that seems to be chasing much more after 'mass market share of mind' than Patek is (and completely forgetting anything that is not RO). So far I would say it's working out pretty well for Patek...
