Great find and lovely version. I had it for some years, and traded it for a 5402 C Series.

A remarkable story of a Royal Oak Chronograph 39mm I have always been in love with the not so limited, limited series of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph City of Sails in Steel at 39mm. All 39mm ROCs have a special place in my heart with the Gera...

Great story and beautiful watch. Did you pay first or had the watch checked out and then wire the money? Or how does this go normally?

But the seller and the watch

I know exactly the proportions and feel of this watch I was 99% sure the watch was genuine and the seller was 100% genuine so there’s were no worries. I paid first and then went to AP

Absolutely my favorite ROC ever produced. Enjoy and wear in the best of health.

Not sure but I have two variations. One was a Swiss delivery and the other a US delivery.

Just not sure if a box was swapped along the way. Plus the instruction books are different for the same movement. ...

Sort of on topic, I recall the platinum version included a sailboat.
