Can you identify this AP?
My uncle passed away last year and my aunt has asked me to help sell he's watches and other jewelry. I'm familiar with most of the watches she gave me but this AP has me stumped. It's a tonneau in white gold (I think) with the word "Turler" on the face and on the alligator strap.
Can anybody tell me something about this watch (age, caliber, estimated resale value)? It's keeping good time but I have no idea when it was last serviced and there are no documents or boxes. I have an extra crystal for it and a used Bulgari strap that seems to be the same size.

Turler is a jewelery store
It was common at the time for stores to sell enough watches for the mfr to print their names on the dial (think Tiffany today). I have a watch with Turler on it too. Sorry can’t tell you more. Mike

This is helpful. I agree that it is small by today's standards and would make a nice ladies watch. I'd love to keep it but I don't have room in my collection and my aunt needs the money.
Offer her a fair price...
...and keep it in the family. Something with history you can someday pass along to a grandchild, wife, etc. Just a thought.
No children or grandchildren and
it has no sentimental value for me or my aunt. My collection is already beyond full. Definitely need to sell it.
