In a stealth attack, it has really exploded on my sensibilities too.

I've always preferred the traditional "tricompax" subdial layout at 3, 6, and 9.  And on a sport model, the date at 4:30 works fine.

As mentioned on here already, I have to assume the new 4400 flyback caliber will be in this 42mm Offshore before too long. I'm anxious to see other dials, though this blue is definitely attractive.

I love that the case is titanium.

Also, the skeleton hands are a nice touch for added visibility of the chronograph subdials.

Thanks for the pic.

Would love to see on a matching bracelet, though. Not a rubber strap fan.

My favorite thing from AP at SIHH

Thanks for the wrist shot. I like everything about it, especially the use of the F. Piguet movement instead of the modular chronograph. Curious why this one seemed to fly a bit under the radar at SIHH, but looking forward to seeing it when it is released....

I believe I read this one is quite a bit thinner than typical ROO

If so, that could be very appealing

I don't have full case specs, I am curious too!

That could offer a new feel on the wrist for a 42mm Royal Oak Offshore.

Why AP doesn't show this...

...on the Website under novelties? Was it just a test? Is this watch really available for purchasing? btw...I love the watch (esp. the date is not deep in a hole) except the hands. stere

Could be a variety of reasons.

I find it very common that numerous brands do not show every novelty every year. Certainly this is true for AP. Sometimes brands do gauge reaction upon showing a piece. We hear rumors the WG 15202 is no longer 75 pieces total, some still say it is. The 44...
