AP SIHH2019 Royal Oak Chronograph 38mm
At long last, AP has restored desirable aesthetic proportions to the wonderful Royal Oak Chronograph. The new collection (reference 26315) features a 38mm case, and the dials look terrific inside. I expect these models to prove quite popular for Audemars Piguet. Movement remains the Caliber 2385.

Really interested to see how these wear on my wrist.
I fear a tiny little bit to small but...
bro , it`s still large at 56 mm lug to lug
fear nothing , they just reduced its bulkiness .
Finally , wearable size
Always complains about bulkiness of 41 mm . Finally , they released it in a wearable 38 mm size . should have done it from the beginning .
Looks like sizes are all going down..
eg. Rolex day date 41 reduce to 40 Good move I think since I have smaller wrist 😬 But.. FP Journe will be increasing size.
naturaly due to many complains about excessive bulkiness of modern watches .
too bulky , 62 mm lug to lug . too big even for big wrists .
An interesting move by AP...
and I am sure that this is a response to the market in China and Asia in general.

38mm with that bezel makes me think the dial will look pretty small.
Bad news....(for some) it is smaller...
I couldn't wait...... if you adjust hires pics so that the movement pivots are in the same position as the 26300 you can see the dial is identical in size, but the 26300 has a larger rehaut. And the case appears smaller. This is a shame, I though it would...

will wait for the new chronograph movement into this model. I have a 39mm, but love these new dials. ...
