Not sure what you mean - the bezel is actually interchangeable, the date window is at the same place in both iterations (same lignes movement) and both case sizes are 39mm. The

The one you've pictured is a first series (round diamond indices), then there were second series (square diamond indices). Stunning watch the 5402BC. I'm not too sure what I think of the 15202, I find the mounting of the diamonds a little grotesque, looks...

The 5402 looks so much better, its not even funny. This quest for a few extra mm on case sizes is killing watches. It's absolutely nuts to me, especially given the prices of these pieces. Overly heavy bezel, date window too close to the center, and outsiz... 

Ah yes, my mistake. I thought the comparison was to a special edition of the 15402.
