Here in the US, you contact them, they overnight a shipping kit, and you send the watch in. It could not be easier.

I headed to the states in a weeks time. Maybe I can take it along and send to the Florida center. Just need to figure how to get it sent back (from either the US or geneva)

I emailed them and the shipping kit was there (U.S.) within a couple of days. I have used them several times and have confidence in the quality of the service/polishing — as good as factory. They might be able to help you even where you are, if only with ...
