Don’t see much love for Code 11:59 around here

When AP launched the Code 1159, I’m pretty sure I didn’t speak kindly of it m within my group of friends. This smoked blue sunburst dial in WG changed my opinion though. Pairing it with the grey kevlar strap instead of the original black Kevlar. ...

Lots and tons of love!

Happy to see you sharing this beautiful QP my friend! Enjoy your week.

It is a great watch no doubt about that

Expensive? that’s all relative. Design of the case and lugs is unique in some respects. And huge congrats and wear it in good health

Looks like a great environment

I love that week hand; seeing the year slowly pass by in one large sweep around the dial must be quite philosophical

I’ve never thought of it that way..

Sometimes I wish there was a sweeping seconds hand but in the land of perpetual calendars…I guess it’s appropriate to count in weeks instead of seconds. Cheers! Peter

I like it

My only concern (already debated here) is WR. I think it's aesthetically too versatile for the limitation on its use, of for what i would be mine's. For example, look those beautiful pics by the pool/sea, it's a shame you cannot swim with it with without ...

Good point…

Just in my visit on holiday I was a little careful with my watch in the pool - nothing vigorous but dipping in and out no issues. When I return in December I will try to share some underwater shots. I also wish these beautiful watches had more WR - makes ...

The new dials really nailed it for me

It took me 10 seconds to decide that I want it so it has definitely grown on me.

Love it very much

I adore that AP. The only thing is, it is an expensive watch. I am not a purist in a way that i only accept a Royal Oak as the only real AP.

I've liked the Code 11.59 from day 1

Esp in the two-tone configurations. I recalled asking about it at the AD, but they never have any stock. If they had stock for this earlier, it might have been on my wrist already.

What a great model!

Once they changed the dial to that fume beauty, it completely changed the watch for me! The only thing I would prob change would be the hands/numerals but even those dont bother me a whole lot. Great overall and am happy they listened to customers and cha...

“Buy what you love” is what I live by.

Me too.

So long as I can afford it, of course!

I actually did the opposite and
