I thought most aspects of W&W were better and smoother this year: The independent watchmakers were in a much more central location (in an area that wasn't used last year), and the (quite interesting) horological program events were also in a better location (where the independents were last year, up on the 3rd level). Also, the huge food court on the 2nd level that wasn't open last year is now open. I just wish I could've found the Hodinkee meet-up -- several of us were looking for it together but didn't find anyone -- and W&W didn't have the big open party in the courtyard like last year (can't recall if it was Friday or Saturday night last year, but in either case it didn't happen this year). The Miami symphony was a cool addition, too.
I heard a rumor that W&W Miami might not happen again next year. I guess we'll see!
