Yeah, you are probably right, that would be a hard choice to make.
A perpetual + a Datograph + a Tourbillon, would make a fantastic trio, and much easier to wear. The thickness of the "Holy Beast" is a handicap to have in mind. Anyway, I think that would be "a problem" easy to forget once on my wrist.

Goes IMO better with the more austere German design that is typical for Lange. Technically however a horological marvel .
The moonphase
is kinda out of place i feel.. I suspect the Dato perpetual will look better without the moonphase But 14.6mm is really too thick for such a classical watch
Both are definitely grail pieces, and to me, the most desirable from the entire collection.
I agree that luminous hands does seems out of place on such a piece. Else, it is very near perfection.
Black one for me. It looks much more crisp and more elegant.
But IMHO if someone does like pink dial. l then would pick PP all the way due to its much more balanced dial.
