Wow! That is a great discovery Richard.
I tend to wind my 3 watches daily. Maybe I should be less diligent and try winding them every alternate day instead. But it is a daily ritual - I start every day winding the trio and would feel uncomfortable if they were neglected. 
Still my go to watch after all these years

Wind it only once every 2 days and it stays nicely within tolerances. Do it daily and there’s that annoying tendency to run faster than I’d like it to

Also, my problem is that I wake up quite often and wonder if I had wound it the day before - memory issues!

I have a blue strap on order from the boutique which should be here within a month or two. Need to change it up a little to keep the freshness alive

I tend to prefer WG or white metals in general because I like the coldness of it. Tried a few YG and RG on with Pateks but never really gelled with me.
Simply perfect this one. The definition of timeless simplicity. I debated long between this one and the up down for my first Lange...
While I elected to take the up/down first, this one hunts me still! Only a matter of time!...
