Ok this is customer relationships done right. This gift is uber brand consistent, being so German and it just puts a smile on your face. If you had posted "hey guys I just got this gift from a watch brand, guess which brand?" We all would have guessed Lange because GO Nomos Archimede dont sell at a high enough price point to send gifts like this.
Awhile back someone posted a gift from Patek, a leather case or bag which I called out as cheaply made, not even to Coach standards, more like Fossil leather goods whereas any leather with a Patek logo on it should be at minimum made to Dunhill/Montblanc standards, free gift or not.
I'm probably going to purchase the new $15k 37mm thin Lange because of this post. Thats how much of an impact this gesture has.
