After being on the fence for a while, then seeing what they've been going for and getting a little spooked about not being able to get one later I decided to reach out the boutique...
The boutique I dealt with for my Zeitwerk was able to get me an allocation for the stainless steel version. It will be a bit of a wait - EoY 2021 - but I don't mind terribly!
