Of course the 'high end watch ownership' thing has only gotten worse since then, and a number of Langes have come and gone (including a Lange 1), but this one will always remain:

Felt the same with the 1815: took me months and even more to not just appreciate the object but actually love the watch. Now I'm waiting to wear it when it's not on my wrist...
