A. Lange & Söhne

It's personal

I trust you have seen both in the metal and tried them on your wrist.

The Datograph can feel a little top heavy on the wrist. This is probably due to the height/thickness of the watch which some feel is a little too much relative to the watch case diameter.

As an owner of the Datograph up/down, I personally thought the PR indicator is pretty useful (especially since it's a manual watch), and fills up an otherwise void space on the dial, without grabbing too much attention. I also find the dial cleaner vs the original.

Although it is a bigger watch, it actually is more comfortable than the original. The curved lugs probably contribute to the wrist feel. I have a small wrist - about 6.5 inch. I think it looks decent on my wrist.

End of day, it's your opinion that matters the most. Choose what sings to your heart most. Have fun.

Regards,

Ian
