I am not blaming ALS for the watch availability

But I do expect two things:
!- Any retailer who is marketed on their site should be able to order any watch, even if the chances of getting it are close to nil. Thats how Patek dose it, no customer is totaly ignored.
2- Most importantely, a communication with an ALS owner should not be ignored. Thats rude, and its not a wise business decision to respond to customer loyalty by ignoring them. Thats just rude and guaranteed to lose customers.
Really spiffed about this, a simple email with something along the lines of " We are sorry about this, and will take this in consideration in the future" would have done. I dont need to get the watch, but I do expect to be treated with respect, especially considering the high regard I place in their timepieces and the amount of money I put aside to aquire them.
