Hope so

I really hope that it looks much better in real than on pictures. My biggest doubt is with the bracelet.

If I may belief the marketing folks it’s specially designed for comfort etc. But on the photos it looks bit too much 70’s plus somehow out of sync with the case. Not as refined is perhaps better way to put it.

Having said all that, I’m far more positive about this new ALS than I was/am on the AP Code 11.59.

Best proof the Code 11.59 is perhaps fact I don’t see anybody on the forum writing about it (few excepted plus a brilliant review)

I’ve seen the Code in the flesh and the case is really well designed and little or no concessions in favor of ease of production. But the dials On the code? Brrr

I belief the new ALS will find its market as a welcomed expansion of the brands offerings. It will probably not make the Nautilus and RO addicts jump over to ALS.
It will/may prevent ALS owners to go to PP/AP/VC if they want to buy a sports watch. And maybe that’s the main goal who knows.

In short I like it but am not convinced but it has a pretty good change of developing and finding its niche

Finally had the chance to try it on

As everyone said, the watch is much nicer in person than it is perceived in pictures. I personally quite like it. The bracelet design could be improved but the quality of the construction is consistent with what one would expect from Lange. I think if you...

You could be right

I’ve never seen it on a strap. But I think the lug width may not be as relevant when being worn on a bracelet

Hope so

As sports watches go, I still much prefer that blurry one in the background... HAGWE, Daniel

How was the fit of the bracelet for you?

not everyone will like the look but that is always degree of subjectivity there. so I prefer to think more on the fit. did the fit feel world class or just ok?

Here are some bracelet wrist pics...

See below. My wrist is 6"/154mm. I thought the bracelet felt very comfortable on my small wrist. Briefly wearing it led me to believe that very little criticism about the Odysseus Datomatic will be about comfort or feel (or function). It has a nice wrist ...

thank you for sharing

great pics. I too have small wrists, similar size to yours. The pics you took looks like it will fit great! But will need to try for myself. I hear you on the sticks, but i have another friend who only those sticks so that is definitely preference. The ae...

That’s a good way of thinking about it

I did really like how it felt on my wrist. The bracelet was nice and weighty and very comfortable as well

Thanks for the live pics.

As much as I love the brand, that's a big NO for me. Maybe on a leather or rubber strap. Vte

I would not compare it to a PP or an AP

The Odysseus is way more technical advanced than any other competitor. (PP has not even a hacking second!)! The Ody is also far more thicker than any other and hence a for more a substantial watch on the wrist. The AP is small and thin, the PP "vast" and ...
