But you’re a courageous person wearing that watch on those hikes.
Inevitably there will be one day where you slip and your wrist crushes on rock or hard branches etc.
I’ve bought my own watches to wear them and I don’t mind those tiny hair scratches left and right.
But that’s a different league from hiking in the mountains haha.
I only gave one watch in my collection I wouldn’t mind wearing in such a hike and that would be my trusted and almost oldest watch that I own: Rolex Datejust bi-color. Indestructible and I can assure you: I’ve tried

Lol!! I don’t even like hairline scratches!

I won’t even wear my watches if I know my wrist has high chance of banging into something like loading luggage into/out if car, plane, or traveling with young kids! For some reason I feel confident in my feet to hike! But you guys have made me think twice...
